View for Your quality is not good. I received my order

I wrote you an email Friday 5/17/2010
I have received my order#20100408000001, and have inspected all 6 pieces.
THERE IS A PROBLEM:
TP009 =There are 2 black marks on 2 of the rings. When I tried to remove one it came off and left a gold looking layer.
Also the Tiffany Marking is not the same as on your webpage. The circles are stamped T&CO NOT TIFFANY & CO like on your webpage.
P004= The 925 stamp on the heart below New York is NOT THERE like on your webpage. Al so no period after CO.
H004= 925 stamp on the heart is missing below the words New York and there is no period after CO
