They owe me 345 USD. They ignore my messages, my emails, don't answer the phone, they lied to me twice saying they sent the payment, it was a lie. They also took advantage of other translators on other networks where they are already definately banned. When i requested my payment they simply said that the quality was not good. It was a translation into french, i am a NATIVE. I have 17 years experience. I will provide every proof and all necessary links to show you that this is the truth on request. I also will provide the names of the translators they did NOT pay. I was heavily insulted by them and discredited. By the way all their informations are FAKE. I will provide a letter of the Indian Chamber of Commerce on request. Simple question : How come that an agency saying they have 7000 translators around the world, 40 offices worldwide etc... can not pay 345 USD ??? and why are they banned for non payment in a LOT of translation networks?? I am a translator since 17 years and i never had to face such a case. They are not professional, they are insulting and threatening persons when they request payment. This is a shame. With its marketing office in the US, the Company has more than 7000 native translators to work on translation projects" He advertises also on his website having partners around the world. I contacted 2 of his translators : Echo Translations in China and Traductorescl in Chile. Echo translations told me that Lyric Labs added them without permission, and Traductorescl told me that they don't even know Lyric Labs. I can send you copy of these conversations if requested. Also, you can see here that Lyric Labs can not exist since 1998 because at this date Mr Sasidar was selling jewelry. Something doesn't look right and you will sure find out by yourself. This will be added to my complaint and to the knowlege of the Chamber of Commerce in Coimbatore India. I will not stop till i am paid the full amount of 345 usd. Kind regards Isabelle EGIDO ------------------------------- The Chamber of Commerce in Coimbatore India sent us the confirmation that the Company Lyric Labs is NOT a registered Comapny. This so called "reputable company" doesn't exist since 98 (at this date Mr Ramachandran Sasidar was selling jewelry!) and the accounting department ends up on a cellphone. They are banned from several networks where they took advantage of translators without paying them. We have all proofs available and available on request. They advertise partners on their website they are all fake or added without authorization. Several complaints have been sent against Lyric Labs. Companie dealing with Lyric Labs take big risks, since they are not a real company. Translators, agencies and Companies all around the world please take care. They are now trying to change their name, and they advertise now being an american company. Mr sasidar advertises on proz his 2 mother tongues : English and german, it is a lie also. Padma Priya and Sheela are also in his "team" taking profit from translators. AVOID problems, AVOID Lyric Labs.
