these people are thieves. they don't send the products you order and they don't send the full amount. we sent them an order for 10,000 beads and they send JUNK and only 1000 pieces of junk, no stones in the charms, etc. they (meaning a James or a Michael Chang or Tao Chang) still will contact you and tell you that everyting is fine and it's not. They lie and cheat. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
