Evaluation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I paid R90 just to make sure that I got the account details correct.
I then paid the rest of our our agreement, R8510 for a total of R8600.
He then claimed that they didn\'t have 1kg of Ginseng seed in stock; and that I should take 2kg for a reduced price. I then deposited R3500; thus R12100 in total.
I called him after a week; \"his colleage\" answered the phone and claimed that \"Davids\" went to Japan. I contact him again today, 2 weeks later, after which \"his collegue\" claimed that Davids was \"really busy\". Till today I have no acknowledgement of receipt, no invoice and NO SEEDS!!! Please will you remove this fraudulent dealer from your site!!! I shall be reporting the matter at the police station as well.
