Report for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

This is the last message I received from this supplier. I guess they were buying more time to prevent me from filing a fraud complaint against them-making me believe they actually sent me 5 i phones and promising to send a tracking number that I asked them for at least 3X. Please stop these people from stealing money on a global level- I have 5 small children to provide for. Below I have copied and pasted their last communication with me-stating that I would receive my package this Friday, June 22, 2012. These people basically stopped all communication with me, the day they received my 600.00usd on 6/13/2012
