After making contact with LongWell Trading Co., LTD(and John Lee) on TradeKey.com we ordered 10 video games from this company to test the quality of their service. After many emails back and fourth, an a lot of questions from our side(to try to see if this company was truly legit) we decided to place a test order. After sending a 50% deposit($125 USD through Western Union, and they will ask you to send it to ZHI XIONG ZHANG) we receive the video games from this supplier. When we opened the package to check the games we found the following: 1) We were sent the incorrect games. 2) The video games didn't contain game manuals or their plastic retail cases. 3) The quality of printing on the dvd/games were low. 4) The cover art that did come with them seemed to be just photo copies. We tried contacting this company to see why they sent us such a low quality product also to ask for a refund. Their only reply was that they would send us the correct games with our next order. We never placed another another order with this company because the games seemed to be copied games. Also we asked for a refund and at the point they stop responding. Please any buyers beware and do not make the same mistake that we made. At first this company seems legit but in the end their products are a major let down.

I sent 350.USD for 10 Mario Carts what I got was a box of shirts When contacting the longwell I was informend It was a fraud the co i sent my $$ to was longwel trade with one L not 2 LL's so my kids get no winter clothes because this scam got my money this co replied they had these folks arrested in the past. he should say make sure letter for letter check you address I feel he is responsible and also my child was standing beside me when i opened his E mail and guess what he can read thanks for the big " F " word in your responce!!!! the names were Roger and susan

This Longe well Trading Co through their web site sunnyshopping.biz is the most un-ethical and untrustable company in the e-business. I place an order for a I-Phone 3G 16GB in Sept-24th and in Oct-04th for my surprise I received in my address 16GB but divided in two 8GB FAKE I-pod nanos out of the box with fakes head seats. When I try to contact this SunnyShopping=Longwell Trading their rep named Judy, just ignore me and laugh at my face while talking to me through msn. I'm a serious Co with more than 10 years of experience in this market with thousands of customers around the world. I was looking for another supplier to built a strong a life time partnership but unfortunately that was my experience. I lost a total of $220,00 and I really want to know what TradeKey will do regarding this situation. I'm really surprised TRADEKEY is publishing in their site companies like this sunnyshopping.biz or Longwell Trading Co. Ltd as a gold member. This is the second time I'm reporting this incident to TRADEKEY. I hope I'll receive a good feedback now. I have attached all necessary documentation to proove my claim. Hi this is Catalina from USA I was a victim of fraud. Somebody cheat of me and used Roger's name and I lost my money and This company looks like they do not care about this. This has been a really bad experience and I though that the real Roger could take care of this because somebody is using his name to do business and he needs to take care of this. Thank you.

i ordered a PAL ps3 60gb pack with extra control 5games and hdmi connection and sent a little more money then i was suppose to because ROGER was very helpful. when i recieved the item via EMS couriers inside the box was 4 shirts. now roger will not return any email and i have not heard why the wrong items were sent. my customers are very angry with me and i have lost a very big spending customer becuase of Roger from this company. i would like to add that i have enclosed information of where i sent the money to and invoice i recieved and i still hope to get the ps3 after they read this, if they do get in contact with me i will retract this note.
