For the 2nd and third time I have either received bogus tracking numbers and/or something other than what I order. Unfortunately I did not keep all my corresondence ; but the attachements give an idea of how long and tedious the process is to order from this company...

I placed a order from them and they did not send me my items.. I ordered $460.00 in purses, wallets, sunglasses, and jewlery and they sen't me a pair of pants.. They are theives DO NOT TRUST THEM, OR BUY FROM THEM.

I AM ROBIN AIKENS IN USA. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH ECBETTER ON THEIR WEBSITE. I SENT MY MONEY BY MONEYGRAM. I ORDERED 6 COACH HANBAGS AND THEY SENT ME 4 TSHIRTS. I CONTACTED ECBETTER ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD RESEND MY ITEMS. AFTER A FEW DAYS THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER, WHICH THE WRONG ONE. I PAID THEM THROUGH MONEY GRAM ON AUGUST 5TH AND I HAVENT RECIEVED MY ORDER YET. I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER A WEEK NOW TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH THEI WEBSITE, EMAILS AND MSN. I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE. I JUST WANT THE ITEMS I ORDED OR MY MONEY BACK. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 1 MONTH. AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN ORDERING ONLINE, I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.

On August 15, 2008, I placed an order on this suppliers website, http://www.ecbetter.com. The order was confirmed on that same date by "Rucas", and payment was submitted via Western Union. Payment was picked up by the supplier on August 16, 2008. On August 17th, after not receiving the tracking number within the promised 24 hour period, I contacted the supplier via email to inquire about the tracking number. I received no response to my email. On August 19th, I spoke with the supplier via instant message on the ecbetter.com website, and was given a package tracking number. The tracking number that I was given could not be found in the EMS system as of August 22, and I again contacted the supplier to verify the validity of the number, but have received no reply as of today, August 23. Because "Rucas", the supplier has not responded to my requests for clarification on my shipment and package tracking, I can only assume that this supplier is dishonest and engaging in fraudulent business. I am attaching transcripts of our email communications (originals can be forwarded upon request).

I received the watch and the quality was acceptable. The transaction went smoothly. From date of order to receiving the order was within a two week period. The reasion I placed the order was to find out if I will continue to order from them because I will be opening a retail store selling watches and jewelery. Rucas Yung was the individual I comunicated with and his assistance was acceptable.

This company will take your money! Do NOT order from them! They promised they would send me very nice handbags, and they did not! FRAUD FRAUD I orderd my bags on July 30th (and sent 1 day payment!)and today, Aug 18, I received t-shirts!!! This is very wrong. I will post the messages from my yahoo messenger!
