It is a duty for us to share our unpleasant experience with one supplier company in China, who are also a member of your site. We think, every company that wants to accomplish a bussines relation should be aware of our experience with this supplier, before their final decision. And you should be aware of these kind of suppliers in order to keep your web site’s reputation high. We have ordered 5.000 pieces of stapler in summer 2008 from Lik Yee Kong, which are a Hong Kong based stapler supplier. In Jannuary 2009, we have sold them to one of our important client. One week later they returned the products because of corroison problem on some metal parts of the staplers. Of course, we refunded them. We immidiately contacted with Ms Anna from Lik Yee Kong, and told them the corroison problem. First reply came 13 days later, after my phone calls and other e-mails. They tried to questioned our honesty and treated like we were lying. We request them to sent a represantative to our warehouse, send them samples, or any solution that would end their doubts. They just invited us to upcoming fair in Hong Kong. We met them there in fair after a couple months later. But nothing changed. We brought samples for them to analyse, but they even did not look at them. Obviously, they knew their fault. They accused us to be liars, and did not stand behind their products. After that fair, we arrange the price of rusted staplers to very lower prices in order to sell them, because at that point the corroison problem was just on a few part of the stapler, and might be undersaw because of the low price. But, yesterday we realised that the corroison problem has been diffused on every metal part of the stapler. The metal parts of the stapler should be stainless steel, but Lik Yee Kong produced them without stainless, in order to make more profit. So, we just want to share our bad experience with this supplier, and tried to avoid honest and proffesional companies from this kind of problems in these economical hard days. Just to be known, we have applied to relevant institutions to use and protect our rights about this issue with Lik Yee Kong.
