Rating for The worst service in the world

They are lying when promisse "professional products, high quality, competitive price and best service in the world". I bought from them two pairs of Crocs though their correspondent eshop at Ebay. Package took more than two months to arrive and sizes are wrong. I sent lots of messages and no solution was provided. As a matter of fact, the responsable simply ignored me and her mistake. Well, cash was "in" so why to care? I have all the messages saved proving that I requested the right sizes, recommended by the seller, and the pictures showing the wrong size.
But they don't care. Customers only matters till the moment they pay. After this, weel, who are you?
