DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! i made a purchase of 164 kigurumis for my store. only 80 of them ever arrived (i paid upfront, lesson learned) and those that did arrive are very very poor quality. when asked about the orders that did not arrive they just ignore my emails. those costumes that they did send: the stitching rips and tears, they had holes and stains on them straight out of the package. their customer service is TERRIBLE. i spend a lot of money and trusted that their product was as described. the costumes that they sent me weren\'t even in the material they show in their videos and photos. they told me in emails that they are made of polar fleece. they sent a cheaper coral fleece...hence why the tears and holes. They rely on a legitimate looking website and fake reviews to continue their business selling cheap kigurumis/costumes and ripping people off.
