WE RECENTLY PURCHASE A SAMPLE ORDER OF ED HARDY BOOTS... WE ORDERED AS PER OUR EMAILS REAL LEATHER BOOTS, AND CONFIRMED THAT WE WOULD GET REAL LEATHER BOOTS... WE RECEIVED PU LEATHER - NOT AS ORDERED. EMAIL FROM STYLEONLIVE, I st offered US$10.00 credit, 2nd offer: suggested we return these for full credit (Postage from Australia to China for these would be over A$40.00) which we believe should not be our expense, they made the error. 3rd offer they would send new pair and email from Styleonlive asked us to check the items, as their supplier told them that the boots are suede....We check and re checked, the boots received were imitation suede/leather - you can easily see this when you pull the belt on teh ankle apart - to see this is not suede/leather is fabric to look like leather. We again emailed them today, re their last email - still no reply. We have proof of all correspondence from this company, where we many times over many emails, asked were these real skin/fur/leather - which they always came back with 'YES"- We also have emails where they quote for PU leather (non leather) and prices for real leather. What we received is not real suede/leather/fur What we received is not what we ordered and told they would supply. We have all the emails to prove this. Allegro australia.
