Critique for they stole my money

they claim to sell 100% original segways.
But in fact they dont even send you a fake one they just send you some shirts in a package with a tracking number so you think your stuff is coming. then when you ask for your stuff they say they will check in to it then they ignore your emails.

Opinion for Sent 4 T Shirts instead of laptop

I paid $510 for an DEll Alienware M17X laptop and ended up receiving 4 NFL T Shirts, which I belive was sent because it was a laptop shapped package, I have now been advised by paypal to contact the police, and they are going to be looking into Trade key site along with trading standards, as this is not the 1st time this has happend to me on this site.
Are all the sellers on here rip off merchants ????
