Report for Fraud Seller

Seller sent the wrong item, received a PUMA tracksuit instead of an Iphone 3GS. This delivery took a week. Contacted seller about the wrong goods received, seller agreed to resend the goods. But this time tacking number given was invalid, checked after 5 days but still no signs of shipping. First delivery took only 2 days for tacking number to appear on EMS website. Seller said he/she would contact EMS company. Seriously do not think that this is a legit seller.

Complete rip off merchants! Bought two ipads or so i thought, sent me tracking number, signed for parcel and turned out i had received a pair of shorts instead! No reply, no money back.

I purchased 15 Apple Ipod touch 3rd Generation 32GB from this seller for $1650.00 on April 5th 2010, April 12th I receive a pair of Adidas shorts, I have not received any emails or a refund from seller.

This so called "supplier" of iphones says that he accepts PayPal so you feel more at ease in doing business with him. What you don't know is that he sends you something else in the mail and gives you a tracking number. That's right, he sends you something extremely cheap, like a pair of sweat pants. When the item arrived I contacted him and told him this was the wrong order. He quickly canceled the claim I sent to paypal and sent out another item to me, just to prolong everything. I followed the package and watched as it made its way to the US. Then, it stopped at what looked like, another "happy" customer of his. All he had done was send me someone else's tracking number to buy him some more time. This will not go unnoticed. I have been having to deal directly with paypal now for at least a week trying to get my money back and i still am not sure if I will be able to do that!
