Critique for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

my first experience with tradekey excellent communication until dispatch 26 august, goods have been posted via china post, tracking records that goods cleared china customs Bejing 31 august but have never arrived in Great Britain supplier does not respond to emails, I want supplier to resend the goods usuing another carrier eg fedex DHL or TNT as they advertised.
This supplier was chosen because they were a gold key member if they don\'t resend they should be struck off
can you assist by contacting them and keep me advised

This ,so called, company cannot provide relvant website. Nor do they have a company phone number, only mobile.
Address does not exist.
They dont want to meet for an inspection of there so called factory.
Big scammer!!! Keep away!!!

First they accept paypal, then only big orders...
First is 30usd/shipping for 1pcs and free shipping for2..
After a while is 2 pcs for 25usd/shipping cost...
