I paid the seller 200$ then i was told that items didn\'t pass customs. I sent 400$ dollars total then i contacted customs, no such transaction was made. I tried contacting seller but i received no reply. then i was told i was rude. now the website is down and they have my money. The supplier contacted me after I had put a request on Trade Key. He had two link to a site and claimed to be two years gold Key member. The T-win Giftitems&Crafts Co, LTD showed 1000 trust points. this is why i used him. Communication was good see attached word document of ALL communication. once the payment was sent communication stopped for a few days. Then I got an email saying the goods had been sent, when i asked for a tracking number he replied the goods had been ceased by china\'s custom and wanted another £300 to get them released which i refused. He could not supply me with a tracking number or any proof the goods had been sent. He would have got the tracking number before the goods were ceased by customs, if any were ever sent. All communication has now stopped and i am out of pocked. could you please keep me updated

this is the only experience with this supplier, and now i would my money back if is possible.

These people took my money block my emails and have not returned any information since i paid my $110 ,they stole my money ..this webpage is a FRAUD the CEO Chen is a fraud too..They prey on people and steal their money with no remorse..I would advise people not to but from them report them so their business can be locked down before anyone else get scammed

Purchased ipads and I phones from vendor. I did not receive items. Attached I have a receipt showing that I paid. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR.

Seller kept coming up with reasons for wanting more money. This is one of the worst experiences i've have being a business. i have people wanting their product but between the three companies that have screwed me over i'm out a lot of money. Any excuse for more money they came up with it. i want my money or my products. This is supposed to be a secure trading company, not a scam!!!!
