jason lift machinery co., ltd. reviews

I ordered a trailer mounted boom lift from a company called Jason Lift Machinery in Wangting Town , China. I sent a deposit of $4200 usd at the beginning of March 2011. On March 10 2011, they emailed that the funds were received but a certain part of the lift could not be found so they suggested a more expensive lift or refund my deposit. I emailed that they should return my deposit. On March 14, they asked for the banking information which I gave them. March 18 I received an email that the money was sent. On March 24, I emailed them about the money, they replied that he \\\"FORGOT\\\" to tell me the manager was in Hong Kong and the funds were not sent but assurred me Monday the manager will return and the funds will be wired. On March 24 an email was sent to me that they can get the part, I responded that I have no interest to deal with a company who lies to me and I want the deposit returned as we had agreed, to which they replied they will start production next week???? All I want is that my deposit be returned as they had agreed. Please start reading the emails from the end . But today we make call to buy the parts for you, and find the rotate and balance valve company in taiwan goes bankrupt, we find their website closed too, so we couldn\\\'t go on now, we also want to find the one in china as a replacement, but their quality is not good as taiwan, we don\\\'t want to give you a poor quality, and these valves are different with the JBY. So here are two suggestions: 1). If you don\\\'t like us, we would resend you the deposit. 2). As in the beiginning, you could buy our another one JBY boom lift, about USD18900/pc, FOB, shown in the attachment, We sincerely hope to do long time business, we hope you would understand us.
