He convince me to buy his car for a price 12,000 USD , which the original price was 21,800 USD. He said he was in need of the money because his wife was having birth and he needed the money to buy a new cae because in cyprus in was only allowed to drive at the right hand. I made the two transfer with a total amount of 12,000 to the bank account he told me to. The car was supposed to be delivered the 18th of April, but it never get to Panama. He tried to sell 2 times the same car to two of my friends when i paid for the car already. PLEASE stop this liar. He event created a fake license from Maine.
