Critique for Fake Product

Advised seller of what not to ship (because they were fake). Seller sent fake product. charged me for 120, sent 60 fake pills.
Now he is giving me the run around and refused to return money and keeps claiming to send the correct product and the correct amount.
This has been going on fora couple of weeks. I don't plan on him playing fair so I'm going to go about it my way.
