I ordered a sample order consisting of:
1-PS3 80GB with 4 controllers
1-Macbook Air
1-Ipod Touch 16GB
1-Unlocked iPhone 16GB
I sent $800 via moneygram, but after receiving the package 6 calendar days later, I was appalled to find a beat up box containing one PS3 40GB (opened) with a mimic ipod touch 16GB. I have emailed them and they have yet to reply to two emails prior to receiving shipment when I was inquiring about the arrival date as well as an email sent after the arrival of the package today. I want restitution or the said products in my order I bought. I would be open to having my original order of the 4 items sent to me and I would reverse my rating and possibly do business again, but i am not happy with the situation at this moment.
Can you guys do anything about this? Seeing as how they are a goldkey member? You guys do require business information in order to become a goldkey member, correct? Please reply as soon as possible.
I have attached a complete email conversation with nothing tampered. It is still saved in my yahoo messages. I even double checked and made him reiterate the order. I can scan the moneygram order receipt if needed, but he accepted payment and used the confirmation code. I hope you can help.

Feedback for Fraud Notice

Please note that this is the same customer that I have reported in tickets YDF-601539, ZYZ-666218, QNA-554895 and ZYZ-666218. A fraudulent seller who defrauded us for $1,500.
The reason I know this is the website www.ebay23.com is exactly the same website as their old ones www.ec30.com / www.ec201.com / www.ebay26.com / www.ebay27.com / www.sccii.com which I had shut down, they are in Putian China, the bank is the same.
I am in the process of filing a court injunction against these people.

CHEATING CUSTOMERS
Message I just read your notice about somebody using your web site to cheat buyers - HOW DARE YOU - I am one buyer that was cheated of $1500USD and it was from your company not someone using your details, because my payment was made out to MIN LIU - the same person you are associated with.
My reference for payment is 4622557015 this amount was paid to you and I received nothing - I tried to contact you many times to resolve this issue - however you would not do the right thing and resolve my problem or refund my money as you advertise you do.
I have allerted authorities and I will be doing the same now I found that you are still trading. I will also have the authorities contact Trade Key to cease your trading once again.I know you are the same people I have had money stolen from me. Unless I get a response with my money refunded.
MIN LIU also uses the name CINDY. I told you last time I will not stop until my money is refunded and now I will be allerting the authorities to your 'New' company unless I am rightfully refunded. Waiting to hear your response.
