contact the seller after tradekey communicate messages internally, the problem is that newcomers the request but was not what was specified as the product sold.

I stayed in contact for about a month via email,sent me his data bank to make the transfer and the name if I paid by western union:Western Union(WU):
First name: gui guang
Last name: jiang
City: Dongguan
Country: China
Post code: 523905
After my payment sent me an email where he said that I should not write the invoice number in the form of bank transfer,because he could not collect the money;then i haven\\\\\\\'t heard more.

I made contact with is seller and placed an order for two 16g Ipod touches. He sent my tracking number really fast but the number comes up as invalid. After talking with the seller many times he kept telling me he would get in contact with the shipping company. Each time he has told me that he would not let me know what the problem is, he just keeps coming up with different excuses that he will check. I still have not received my goods or a refund.
