Dear Fraud Department, I spoke with a representative of HONGMEI International Trading Co., Ltd company " Sofia " on many occassions. Sofia's MSN e-mail address is [email protected] I paid a total of $290 U.S. dollars for the shipment of 1 iPad 3G 64GB by Western Union. The Western Union was sent to the following person First Name: SONG Last Name: JIANG The iPad should have been shipped to the following customer at the following address: Mr. Christian Bartolome 18269 Cherry St. Hesperia, CA 92345 United State Sofia gave me EMS tracking #EE425703916CN when I checked the tracking number the package WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY CUSTOMER IN " Hesperia California ", but the signature lines shows that the parcel was delivered in TEXAS! The Zip Code in the signature line says UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 77651. Zip Code 77651 is NOT Hesperia, CA 92345! After almost two weeks of waiting my client has NOT RECEIVED THEIR ORDER FOR AN iPad 3G 64GB and I have lost $290 U.S. I am asking that you please help me to prosecute this company for fraud. I have pdf copies of conversations with Sofia the and the Western Union receipts. I am urgently requesting a FULL REFUND OF MY $290 U.S. DOLLARS IMMEDIATELY. Please provide an e-mail so that I can send you the pdf files documents as proof. The document file size is too big to attach below. I am asking that this company also be removed as Trade Key Members and completely taken offline so that they do not scam anyone else. Ive been trying to contact the manager several times, Mr Chris Yao. I have sent numerous emails and no such person exists. I then had called them Twice and had spoke to at least three people and still no one named Chris exists. The lady who i spoke to said that her company was named Wong International, and i must call back when they are working. I called during business hours. To Tradekey you have Rogue, Fraudulent hackers on your system who are stealing customers from your site. I am trying to find Ligitimate suppliers to work with, And if i send an message for someone in particular supplier within 24 hours at least four different people had sent me emails. At the moment we are taking acompany called Qihuanfu Trading Co Ltd, To the chinese authorities because they had recieved $7000 from me and had scammed me and it was through TRADEKEY. They had reciieved my information through you. Tradekey was meant to be a trusted site helping business connect with other suppliers around the world but yet your site is full of fraudsters. You need to check Who, How,and when these hackers are getting ligitimate customers information. Its a pity that you do not have any other communication details other than writing in this box. Companies like yourselves are not good for business and need to tread more carefully in whom you let on your site. I expect a confimation of this complaint to be handled in accordance with your policy, and i also need this matter to be treated fairly.
