Do not buy from this seller. He has false advertising on his website. He steals money and disappears. I ordered shoes from his site and paid for them and never recieved what I ordered. He will not refund money. He just ignores me and disappears. His name is Victor from abwiwi.com. He is very slow with communication and plays games with me. He gave me a fake/invalid tracking number. Ridiculous!

My dealing with this company in the last 3 months have been an awful experience. My Contact at ABWIWI - Nancy (sales rep for ABWIWI) and Victor Lim ( Manager). My order was placed January 17, 2010 Nancy told me the first order I placed was too small and that the factory would not accept my order. Her Manager, Victor Lim, told me to that my order would need to be over $1000.00 and assured me that my order would then be processed and he would give me better discount. My order totaled $1200.00 for 20 shoes & boots. Nancy sent me an invoice that include pictures of shoes and pricing. A week later Nancy told me that she had misquoted me and that I need to pay an additional money. (See Attachment) I refused and asked them to reduce my order. He then asked me to pay $255 or my entire order would be cancelled. I agreed because I had orders to fill. It took over 3 weeks for ABWIWI to ship my order. When my order arrived items were missing, wrong items were sent, wrong color and the other items were poor quality. Needless to say I couldn't most of these items. I sent and email to Nancy explaining this and asked for a refund. Due to the amount of time that passed with no response from ABWIWI I then filed a complaint with Pay pal. NANCY then responded when I threaten to escalate to pay pal. I was told to contact Victor Lim. Victor told me not to escalate issue to Pay Pal for we could work things out amongst ourselves. He told me that if I did escalate that he would not be able to refund my money. I sent him pictures and explanation of why I wanted my money back. He told me he would refund my money but not until the following week, after my Pay Pal complaint expired (March 6, 2010). I told him no and that I wanted my money by March 5th or I would escalate case. He told me he didn't have money at that time and would have it the following week. He asked me to trust him and promised me he would refund my money. Victor lied. I have sent him three emails and he has not responded or refunded my money.

I sent monies but i receved no products

I ordered several handbags from Mr. Chen and he assured me they were good quality. When I received the package I immediately contacted him and he kept insisting that I try to sell the bags even though they were defective. He got defensive and did not refund, replace or make amendment for the outright fraud that this company is doing. I paid for a product and was sent a defective product that is unsalable. Do NOT do business with this company as Mr. Chen is a fraud and a thief. I trusted him and was taken advantage of by Mr. Chen. He is a liar and a thief.

This seller is wonderful! Highly recommend! Eric goes out of his way to help buyers find what they need. I will definitely shop with them again.
