1) Delivery has been very slow. Payment made on 27th Nov and after a few chasers, the product finally arrived on 12th Dec 2013. 2) Upon receipt, discovered that one of the Android Phone has a defective camera which I complained. Nothing done. 3) In April, another phone could not start up due to error. And in May, another one had problem installing a GooglePlay application. Since then, the phones have become unusable. I reported a few times but nothing heard back from Ms Ava Hu. I spent GBP 340.40 (Sterling Pounds) in total on the items and even though 1-year warranty was promised, nothing has happened and no e-mail response is coming back.
