Reaction for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I\'ve made an order on Dec 28th. And i still have receive nothing.
It\'s been almost 1 month that the company did not reply at all at my emails.
I had Bernice and Flora, and they\'re not reply me at all.
So i was looking for the supervisor of the company and not able to find it.
So i wanna be refunded for the 1200 USD.
