Hi, I have been communicating with Mr Bruce Jiao for the past 11 Months. He is a Sales Manager for Beijing Xincheng International Exhibit Trading Co., Ltd. I have made 3 payments to Bruce for 2 Bikes. These payments in total are 749.2 USD. The payments were made through PayPal and can be seen in the document I have provided below. The payment of $339.70 and $15.50 made on the 11th January 2013 were for the first bike I ordered. The payment of $361.00 made on the 24th January 2013 was for the 2nd bike I ordered. Since that time I was told it would take about a week to build the bikes before being shipped to NZ. It has since been 5 months. I have received one bike; however the bike I received was completely different bike to what I ordered, with 8 things different (documented in the emails I have attached). One of those was that it was missing a seat. I have been asking for them to send the correct one and they continue to ignore me. I am yet to see any sign of the 2nd bike, after being told that it has been sent numerous times. After trying to work with Bruce over the last month to get the right bikes shipped, I am now trying seek a refund for both bikes. This is proving very difficult. Can you please help me? I am worried that other people are going to get messed around by this guy and lose money also. The attached Communication Records contains email correspondences I have received from Bruce.
