I ordered items from this company twice they sent me tracking information, I tracked the items only to find that I was sent tracking numbers for items that had been sent to another person. It seems that they get tracking numbers from EMS but the tracking number is for another persons item. At the moment I am still waiting to see if my goods ever arrive.

The company goes by the name: fast-mall. website: www.fast-mall.com e-mail: [email protected] or [email protected] In the initial e-mails I dealt with a person named Allen. After I sent the payment, I received a response from a lady named Susan that she has received the payment. When I started to complain about the wrong tracking# they gave me, a lady named Joy responded saying they were looking into it. After that they never e-mailed me back, even though I sent several e-mails to them. I even added them to msn chat and when I asked Susan for her phone#, she went offline and never came back on again. I was asked to send the money to: Dan Cui in the city of Hubei. The transaction was very fast. Allen agreed to accept $125.00 USD(he reduced the price for me because it was a sample) for an iPhone 4 16 GB which would include shipping and tracking#. I sent him the money via Western Union and then he sent me a tracking#, which I tracked and saw that someone in the USA signed for the merchandise. Somehow, Allen got someone else's tracking# and gave it to me so I would believe that they have shipped out the product. After 6 days of waiting, I e-mailed them to inquire about the missing merchandise and I never received a response. I kept e-mailing them when Joy replied that there has been some problem at the shipping company and they are looking into it. Since then there has been no reply. It seems obvious that Dan Cui is the real "owner" of this fake company and all other names are fake. I should have been smarter about this. Seemed too good to be true and they stole my money.

I was talking to Susan, I bought a psp go send the money via Western Union, and she gave me my tracking numberr but I never receiive the package. My package got sent to some other places in the US
