Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We signed attach contract with the company called

This company is your Gold Key member and they contacted us on our posting of buy inquiry at Tradekey.com
According to the contract we made them 30 Pct Down payment USD 6123 + USD 877 for
two motors we ordered them outside this contract. In total USD 7000 was remitted to them
on May 12, 2014 (Swift copy attached). Mr. James of the above company also confirmed receipt
of funds. Since than they started sending us email that their finance department is saying
this down payment is not enough giving some different different reasons. They are not coming up
with any positive response or suggestion. Would you please take necessary measures to make sure
that they perform the contract on agreed terms and conditions.
