Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I made a trade deal with this company and had a lot of contact with Joyce but once i had paid for the wheel reflectors all i got was delaying tactics and then i get another email address of there website and i got an email from Aoli and he said that Joyce no longer worked there and from what i gather from that email she has taken the money but the bank transfer was made out to a Zhao Zhlong and now they will not reply to me. i have also send a message from trade key today to a Anne Guo but not received a reply from her either i also phone them up and spoke to someone call joy which was suppose to be English speaking but was not very good and said she was new there and would pass my massage on.
