As you know, we are an agent company. One of our customers, MAQUIMSA, ordered from HEBEI DECHUANG CHEMICAL IMP.&EXP. LTD. a shipment of 54 metric tons of Glacial Acetic Acid, min 99% in three containers. All the containers were bad loaded, so the plastic drums had damages; the product was not minimum 99%, we sent samples to SGS and the most important university of sciencies in Peru to analize it, and the both answer us the product has only 39% of concentration. This "supplier" did not want to recognize his mistake. So, the operation was a complete fraud. The operation was paid by L/C at sight.
