Response for a thief!

We paid Mr Alex Lin nearly $4,000 USD to make goods for us. The money was transferred to his personal account (not a business account). From that day on her never contacted us again. Our other Chinese suppliers called him on our behalf, he told them we had not paid a courier bill of $1,100 USD which is why he took all our $3,800! We were never given a bill by Mr Alex Lin and would of course pay it if we had. The matter still remains that IF such a bill existed why has he not returned the balance? He is a dishonourable man and a thief. There are other articles on the internet by people he has also treated this way. Beware of this man. Oh, and our Chinese friend also called his address - they have never heard of this company at the address he lists. So the company does not exist.

Comment for Paid deposit and supplier disappeared on us!

We had been discussing with this supplier since 11/09. We had paid monies and he had made us samples. All was OK. We placed a PO, which he countersigned, for bulk-production, and paid a deposit of US$3843.00 on 18/8/10. Since then he ignored all our emails and calls. We have not received a response to any of them. He advertises on www.made-in-china.com and we contacted them. They managed to contact him and he said that we owed him US$1500 for couriers and samples (this is not true). Our monies have been lost and we would never trust this supplier again and are meanwhile taking legal action to recover our debt. Also he is advertising our product on his website, which infringes our copyright. We have messaged him about this, but he ignores our messages. He has removed us as a skype contract. BUYER BEWARE. We were dealing with someone called ALEX LIN. I am not attaching copy of our bank transfer - simply because all it does is expose us to further chances of fraud as the transfer contains all our bank details. His bank account is in the name of Chen Meiyu.

i have paid 310$ for an iphone 3gs via moneygram but i never received it, ALEX LIN is a scammer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!be aware of that man.
