I placed and order through Kate Ping at this company, the orders content was confirmed by Kate Ping as being in stock and available to ship to me. I wired $600. USD to Kate Ping to complete the transaction. When I received the shipment I quickly realized I hadn't received what I had ordered and paid for. I contacted Kate Ping to advise I hadn't received items I had ordered. I received $405. in goods I ordered and $125. USD in goods I didn't order and don't want. I tried to compromise a solution with Kate Ping by which she ship to me two items which i can use value $55. each total $105 USD and the Item I didn't order nor want be left with me. I'm out of pocket $195. for Items ordered paid for and not shipped to me leaving $85. owed to me. The cost to ship the unordered, unwanted item from Canada back to China at Kate Pings expense would be around $100. it would made sense to leave it here and cancel the remaining $85. owed to me.
