Evaluation for FRAUD CO - A CHEATER

I sent USD 2200 as per the co - Hangzhou Fuyida Chemical co ltd \\\'s Proforma Invoice and Contract. Even after 3 months they did not send the goods. Now they do not reply my mails. They have cheated me. The co is a Fraud. They should be black listed. Otherwise they will cheat other buyers.
