I placed an order for 20 Nintendo DS consoles, I made payment thru western union. Here is a copy of the email from western union to say money was collected.

I then was sent a EMS tracking number which did not work for several days and then when it did work it said that package was collected by SIMON TR in SYDNEY on the 26/3/2010. I then sent them an email asking to explain this and where is my shipment and proper tracking number. I have sent at least 20 emails to them but they are not replied.
