I ordered phones from contact person LIZ on gyiming global trade, did payment by western union to YUESEN SHI and the trackingnumber they gave were delivered to someone else in sweden and they havent replied since 22:th april. Attaching whole email conversation and payment reciept !

STOLEN 300.00 and WILL NOT REFUND WILL NOT SHIP HAS NO VALID PHONE NUMBER AND IS BEING REPORTED

We sent $1365.00 on 2nd February 2010 for the purchase of 5 T.V.'s. The person we have been dealing with is called Liz. When she received our payment she gave us a tracking number of RR754401540CN, right from the start we have been unable to trace this number and when we asked Liz to check the number she has managed to trick us into believing the reason we cannot track the items is due to the Chinese holidays. Despite this we have continued to try and track the goods and also have been sending constant reminders to Liz that we still have not received them. Today we have received a pair of socks. The package has the relevant tracking number on it. We will not let this one go and want her and the company she is trading from taken off the site immediately. We want our money back by return or the goods bought and paid for. We have tried to upload our correspondence but have been unsucessful as the files are not compatable.

Hi, I ordered two Canon camera's as per the attachments, and received in the mail a fake rolex watch. I am requesting that their account be deactivated until refund is received and also that legal action be taken against them for fraud. I will also be taking legal action on my end against them. Thank you.
