The representative of this company, Jacky Lam, insisted we pay for the order in full up front. He assured us that if the items were defective, we could return them for a full refund. The items sent were all dirty. One of the gowns did not have the lacing for the back. The bodice padding and support of another gown had fallen off into the lining. These 2 gowns we sent back OVER 1 MONTH ago. Despite numerous calls and emails, we still have not received our refund. On calling Mr. Lam today, an automated message said that the number had expired.
The products of this company are inferior and they obviously cannot be trusted. We are owed USD97 in refund and now we are unable to even contact this person.
