Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I have not received the product I ordered. I paid $400 to Mike Yin via the name JUN WANG, CHINA using Western Union for 100 grams of MDPV. The Seller sent me a tracking number but did not send the product as this tracking number states it is not valid. The Seller will not reply to any emails I have sent. I am contacting law enforcement as well as the United States Department of State to launch a complaint against this company, seller and against Tradekey for giving this member trust points and not sticking by it.
