We would like to expose this company for a damaged and used paroducts order received. The items were found to be unsafe to use with exposed 240 Volts wires and major water leacking to the live wires area.
The Tank was found rusted in every join weld and not sealed properly. This product was sold as new to us manufactored only weeks prior to sending. Also the tank was found in 6 areas leaking on the main body of the tank with a control box faulty.
All pipes were not sealed and wheels and legs of the tank found rusted.
The complete system was also found unsafe with wrong type of mains wires used not earthed and not connected properly.
Our company and customer would like to put this supplier on notice till the product supplied is fully replaced or refunded.
