We made a test order of $500 and almost everything failed. The support via e-mail was friendly exactly to the point we sent the money, after it the average reply time was in days (2-3 on average, even a week sometime).
They just said they can't deliver some of the products and they will be delivered on a later date. They haven't up to this date delivered the missing products, nor are they replying to our e-mails any longer at all.
They did send some products we ordered but the shipment was delayed by one full month because they didn't read our instructions and didn't include all the required documents with the order. They agreed to send the documents only after we told to contact PayPal for non-delivery.
