Dear Sir,
I am Dr Mayele medical coordinator of the Alanine Medical Center based in Democratic Republic of Congo.
This is now three month ago since I made my order to Granny Zwane Tradings represented by Peter via tradekey as you will realized it from attached email exchanges. I ordered for Anti embolism stockings.
The first day he gave me price for 500paires I requested for 200pces He accepted but the coming day He changed his option saying that the boss has accepted 300pces and never 200pces to be sold only. I sent another amount for 100pairess. As I was expected to get my tracking shipped number He said I have to send money for ministry of health USD 275, I also sent the amount. He then requested for DHL money USD 300. I did not want to send to him another amount since I suspected fraud because He seriously refused me to pay DHL from Dem Rep of Congo as it was requested by DHL of my country, the Democratic Republic of Congo.
I have sent to him USD 745 (seven hundred forty five American dollars )for anti embolism stockings and USD 275 (two hundred seventy five American Dollars) of the ministry of health document he told me about.
Attached are the MTCN of the money I sent through my account named Lwanga Kayenga to Bruno Langdji name given by Peter the contact person of Granny Zwanne Tradings. Different email messages are also attached to this email. He lost the last MTCN of USD 275 But from the last attached email Peter reported money reception.
Kindly, help me to get my parcel or if not my money to be returned

The seller has been demanding more money to ship but will not allow me to provide my account # to DHL to have the item shipped, after first extracting $150 to ship via South AFrican mail, as opposed to dHL.
They have been telling me since July that once their boss returns, who apparently became violently ill while \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"traveling out of the country,\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" they all then be able to ship via South Africa Post. Each week they tell me he\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll be back.
I requested a refund or to be given DHL office info so I can provide shipping account info to DHL, as they have already taken $610 + $45 transfer fee.
I gave them a number of options to ship the products to me but they simply ignore me and tell me they will ship it when the boss returns and/or I need to send $300 for them to ship it via DHL because their original method of shipping was not valid.

We paid in advance and he didn´t ship the goods lying that he needed more money and his boss was sick and he´s the owner of the company.
