I sent money to this company beacuase I thought that with Tradekey things would be ok. But after the money was sent and they received it they started changing thinks and wanted more money because they made a mistake. And about the refund they promised to give back the money in 21 working days and now they are telling me I will have to wait for somebody to buy the items before I can get my money back. I want my money back.

hi, I wrote to Mr. simon hernandex manager gramex trading srl for the purchase of 3 white iphone making me give a total sum of 840 euro including costs.i\'ve made the bank transfer and after 6 days Mr. Hernandez explained to me that there is was a problem with the shipment and that they understood to ship iphone 9 instead of 3, and that I had to pay the remaining amount for another 6 iphone that I did not want. I said no and that I was interested in only 3 iphone previously paid and that if they could not be sent compensate me for the amount paid. I \'was told that was not possible, I had to wait 21 days so that he could sell the phones to others.
for the communication records i have a txt files if you want i sending ok?i have a problem to sending all communication with file pdf.

Hi!
There is a very strange company,,they don´t answer my questions,see mail ,so i think they dont exist,, cant see any company information on web.
They give me a company information at a company in UK,, but not there own in spain!
Cant see any company at "google street view"in Madrid.
They say that they have deliver the goods to Sweden,, cant understand how they can send to no adress and also stop the deliver? please read the mail to understand my reflections
