Remark for Bad Service! Bad Product!

We ordered an expensive car DVD player sample from this company. The sales manager told us that it has many great features such as touchscreen and fully motorized screen. After we paid them in advance for it, the shipped us a used piece of junk that has no features of what they described.
We tried forever to resolve this issue with them. However, the sales manager, listed as the contact here on the Tradekey website, stopped answering his phone or replying to our emails. We also tried calling the factory, but no one could speak english and they ended up hanging up in our face everytime.
