Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Communication records contain a partial amount of our conversation. It is quoted email content text. The entity Li-Sa, who was the seller I was emailing with said they would send me two kawasaki Jet skis, a trailer, and an unlocked iphone for USD $600 (this is what the order amounted to after a extending the minimum order and having to pay for some of the shipping). At first they did send a shipment of some sort(they gave me a tracking number), but I tracked it until it arrived at an incorrect address in New Jersey. I could not claim the package because it was not in my name or my address. The seller said it was the shipping company's fault and that I had to pay more money in order to re-ship the items. After I paid them more money they gave me an invalid tracking number and I haven't heard from them since. I haven't gotten anything delivered to my address and it has occurred to me this is transaction has been fraudulent. Please, it is imperative that this problem be solved. I must get my money back or the items must be shipped to me.

This company have changed their email address on their page and since last week they are not available on MSN chat on their old emails. They have a insert on their page claiming that someone stole their domain and trading under LA MA. My conversations was with LI SA but they failed to cover their tracks on their website payment page.

I would like to point out problems we had regarding a transaction with a Gold Member you: Good Bright Capital Investment Limited.
I proceeded to request a quote for a supply and demand to have a sample to be tested. I was told that the free sample was not possible and I would have sent the piece of the article that I had requested for a minimal cost with another item as a gift to meet me. The price was good and I have ordered the article. I made the payment through Western Union as agreed. Upon receipt of payment, the owner of the company wrote to me that there had been a mistake and that the shipment was two small pieces.
In order not to lose the money paid, I joined after several requests for clarification, the request for additional payment. Payment, my contact gave me a code tracking of the shipment clearly wrong and has responded to my request for clarification with a classic \"do not worry.\" After 12 days and numerous requests for clarification are no longer able to know if my goods have been shipped.
I think that Mr. Zheng Meng Ma (who received the payments) I have not cheated and have no intention to send me what I paid.
I remain at your disposal for any requests for documentation (mail and received Westwrn Union) that may be necessary.
This same mail I am forwarding to the General Postal Police Directorate at the European Community in Brussels.

ok...i am on here to let everyone know this company is a scam ....DO NOT BUy......i ordered 1 iPhone4 32 GB....and after i sent money to company ...they ask for copy of receipt ...i sent copy ..and emailed MTCN ..from wetern Union ...ok...then ...i get a email saying .....they made a mistake ..saying that , there was a 2pcs mininum ....and we talk back and forth for days ....and she said it was only 1 pcs ..min......and then the "so called" boss emailed saying me saying the customer service rep ..was new ...so i was like can i get refund ...because im not trying to buy 2 items at moment...he never emailed or instant message me back ..so wouldnt u say its A SCAM!!!!

Hi mi problem is the seller of this compani told.. alot thing thant letter been just lies, so him lie me to make me do the pay and after toldme is not possible the deal, becaose the boos tell hem that, i was try to talk whit him boss en i thing thats the same, just a lie. so after all the circus him told me i will send your goos, but after alot email. him send me a wrong traking code, i did try whit the send company they use, but whit out DHL and EMS match the code... so for that i send you this reclaim.. please tell me what can i to do.

I've paid for the item ($65) and after doing the payment the seller just disappeared. If you look the web site that the seller has put in his emails is a scammer:

And the adress that is on his western union and bank account is the same that is the registered in TradeKey.

I have been scammed by this company, they assured me of quality baby strollers at a good sample price. I ordered two and paid through Western Union under the name of Zheng Meng Ma. I was then told the salesperson who took my order got it wrong and I needed to order an extra two. I refused.
They then asked me to instead pay an addition $50USD for DHL shipping. I refused and asked them to send via EMS. This they promised they could do and then gave me a faulty EMS tracking detail - EE503168445CN - this tracking starts on the 12/07, i placed my order on the 13/07. I have not received a new tracking number. Please arrange to get my money back or I will have to take this to the Chinese Embassy and I will have to get Tradekey involved.
