Response for possible fraud

I have sent funds for two sample products and have not recieved them. Mr Li was very sincere with his contacts and I do believe he was trying to be Honorable, with his business. He needs to complete his transactions, and if the events do prove him to be Honorable, we may do business with them.
Mr Li gave me tracking number EE255490410CN wich proved to be false. I am sure he will make it right. We will report this company and ALL representatives to IC3 for criminal internet theft.

We make an order the December, 19th, they let us choose the way of shipment and we request send us the order by FEDEX, they send us the order supposedly by EMS, but the order is stuck since Dec 20th in Shangai, we sent several e-mails requesting information but they don't answer it and they delete our e-mail address of your contacts. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, BE CAREFULLY..!!! THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE..!!!

My name is Guven Acarer,Pena group Greece,you guys sent this Company name as a referance and i did Bussiness with this company I ordered Sonyp Digital Photo Printer and 2 kits i will attached photos. they sent me also.the Price Total of 700USD and they Require only Western Union Payment i said ok. i sent them same day 700USD since 26/12/2009 i am still waiting the merchandise They gave me EMS tracking number but EMS shows same message over and over no Update at all.I need help from Tradekey please,i`m working this company for 3 yrs.and i am the responsible for Finance i was insist to our Boss work with China now this happaned I realy Apprecaite your help guys. thank you for your time. Evaluation for fraudulent trader

This company is a scam.
As per your mail on 1.12.2009 I exchanged emails and decided to place an order to the total cost of £136.11 and paid on 11.12.2009
The tracking numbers went wrong twice that were sent one after another.
The trader stopped responding to me since 24.12.2009
I 've attached the proforma invoice for my order( file name : Dynamic Solutions(1).doc) and a proforma invoice sent me inadverently ( file name:proforma [email protected]). These show that this man has probably swindled money from them as well. [a customer in Thailand( Ms.Napatsanun Sornsung,) and another in Bahrain( Dynamic Solutions in Manama Bahrain)]
Please advise me
1. What line of action would you do to this guy?
2. Who are the Chinese authorities that I should complain about this guy?

Response for Apple ipod touh 64gb

I brouht 10 ipod touches from this company on Saturday 28 November for $550, I was assured they would turn up within 3-5 days, I am still waiting.
The last I heard from Golden Gem was on the 9th December, they said the goods had been siezed by customs in Shangai.
I have since sent them numerous emails asking why this is and for a full refund of my money.
They have ignored all of the emails I have sent and it is obvious that they have no intention of giving me my money back.
I suspect that they were never sent in the first place.
Please look into this and try to recover my money.

Report for Fraudulent company

I was order more than 300 items go to 3 different destination with total amount around $20,000USD and already paid $3300 by wester union. I want the order to be receive on Dec 7 and Li Anna (seller) said that they ready mail out all my goods but until now we didn't receive anything yet, we contact and emailed many times but Li Anna ([email protected]) didn't reply back to [email protected]. I would like your company do the refund for me ASAP. I will forward any proof infomation required to disputes this claim. Please provide the personal incharge contact information for me to send more information.
