Global Interlink Logistics Co., Ltd reviews

This freight forwarding company Global Interlink Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has had my shipment for a week and kept telling me they where tracking the shipment, but yet they would not supply me the tracking info. We wired the company the funds on Friday March 29th. It states on the Bank slip there Bank received the funds March 30th... They said they did not get the funds until 4/2... Then they inform me the cartons that they have had for a week in there hands was a bit bigger than the size quoted. 4 inches per carton and the factory who produced the Leis states the cartons are the original size. After a week they inform me that the 23 Cartons would be not the price quoted and we paid for ($1,210USD) but $522USD more! Yes! That is CRAZY! almost a 50% increase. Now they are saying I have to pay because they will not release the freight to me... I am so upset and mad as my client needs the freight. I am warning everyone not to trust this company... Jean or Chis. Also they will NOT reply why they lied to me when we where shipping via FedEx and they said that FedEx would not ship because the Leis has a small battery in them. Mean while I have FedEx shipping the remainder of my Leis from the Factory and FedEx said it would not be a problem. I have emailed them and they will not tell me where my Freight is. They said they (the UPS warehouse) does not have email or anyway to contact them... Yet but they can contact them... Another lie!
