Feedback for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Mr Patrick Miller has the another company under name of United Freight Brokers Inc, he received the 50% payment as advance payment which was 28000 USD, on 03/03/2012, he mentioned that he would have the laoding within one weeks from US, finaly he request for 4 extensions and multiple chance, at the end of April 24th he disappeared, due to my effort I found him another his contact, I found that he created another company under name of Global Hay Solution Inc,
