View for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

After agreed price and delivery I have requested 4 samples of the company and asked them to forward me an invoice which the sent. I\\\'ve done a company\\\'s check on German website but due to lack of German understanding I double check with the company they confirmed that they have to volunteer to give up the GmbH as they do not have enough funds, the VAT and Company\\\'s registration was valid. I therefore sent the money but since then no replies on email or acknowledgement from them.
