Critique for Fraudulent activity

Ganpati Incorporation has defauded us of NZD1,800. We purchased goods in February 2009 and paid in full by TT. Goods have been promised but never delivered. After months of communication a refund was promised with nothing being made. The matter has now been passed on to the High Commission in New Zealand who are trying to recover our money for us.
A warning should be made to any company thinking of doing business with Mr Dhiraj Pandey or Ganpati Incorporation.
