Rating for Poor Quality, Did not honour contract

This company as manufactured for us. The products were very poor. They would not work with our QC and did not want them in the factory. They tried to have our product shipped before QC could check the production. When our QC finally did check the production it failed 100%.
We had a detailed contract with this company and they have not honoured any of the term. We have now reported them to CIETAC and hope to have our deposit returned.
This company had been a problem for 12 weeks.
