Dear Sirs After placing an enquiry on Trade key, i was contacted by this member, who offered prices incl delivery. I placed an order and paid via a western union to his accountant as the value of the order was too small for his bank. After going to the airport with the delivery he got back in touch to say that the cargo was too small and the carriage was too expensive, so i had to increase the order, which i did. I then paid half the balance, 250 for that. After supposedly going to the airport the alledge courier got in touch to ask for an insurance fee which appeared to be the almost the total shipment cost, 95% of which would be refunded on delivery. At that point i decided that something was wrong. He then offered a refund but has not come forward with it as yet.
