Evaluation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Dear Sir/Ma\'am,
Our company AGROFOOD PRODUCTION based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, having branches in Latvia and London had an alleged fraud internet scam case. We paid 157,500$ for the products, but we received neither the product nor the refund. Our case is now with the attorney in the US
Last month in July, through the business website www.alibaba.com we found a supplier, a commodity company in the US, FMI TRADING registered office in Manhattan, NY, 1501 Broadway ave 12 fl, NY, New York 10036, tel 1-800-491-7240 ) who confirmed they can supply chicken commodity to Uzbekistan, the amount of shipment was 210 metric tons per month according to our contract with this company. They sent us a signed contract, then issued a proforma invoice for 50% advance payment.
They signed the contract, provided the proforma invoice and all their certificate and legal documents before we proceeded with the payment of USD 157,500 (50% advance) into their company account at Chase Bank, NY through the swift wire transfer via our Latvian branch account. Then they delayed the loading process for up to 25 days, after which they said they cannot supply because the Piligrim\'s chicken plant couldn\'t 210 metric tons of chicken which we ordered.
Then they said they would refund the full amount asap. We have been waiting for this refund for more than 2 weeks now. They finally said the refund from plant has been credited into their account on August 11, 2012, Saturday. Abdoul Diallo, the president of the company said that he did the wire transfer online, and it would be credited on Monday. We kept asking for the swift copy or the tracing code. There were many excuses as you can see the email communication below.
Please advise what action to take, and we will need an attorney\'s assistance on handling this issue on our behalf. Please provide us your recommended lawyer to handle this issue. Thank you in advance!
We have all the proof - receipt and docs they confirmed they received the funds and they would refund by the specific date, otherwise they will be responsible to pay 1.5% daily of the total amount until they do the transfer.
